Delivery Policy

At Gumione, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We know you don’t want to wait long for your order to arrive, which is why we ship all orders via TCS, PostEx, and FastEx. Our goal is to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.

How will my parcel be sent?

• All orders are carefully packed and shipped with TCS, PostEx, or FastEx within 2–3 working days of being placed on our website.

• For your convenience, orders are sent on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation within 2–3 working days.

• The email will include your tracking number, so you can follow your parcel until it arrives.

What if I haven’t received my parcel?

• If you haven’t received your parcel within 30 days of placing your order, please contact us immediately. We’ll do everything we can to assist you.

• In many cases, undelivered parcels may be waiting at your local courier office (TCS, PostEx, or FastEx) for collection.

• If the parcel is still missing, we will follow the courier’s official procedure for lost or delayed parcels to resolve the issue.
