Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Gumione, we value our customers and aim to provide the best products and service. However, due to an increased number of fake orders, our returns policy applies only to faulty or damaged goods.

If you need to return any item for any reason, please contact us first by telephone, WhatsApp, or email (see our Contact page).

Faulty Goods

If any item arrives faulty or damaged, we will either:

  • refund you the full amount, or

  • send you a replacement free of charge.

To process this, please share pictures of the issue with us via email or WhatsApp immediately upon receiving your order.

Exchanging Goods

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange it.

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the unwanted item.

  • You will also need to cover the shipping costs for the exchanged item to be sent back to you.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
    Once an order has been dispatched, delivery costs have already been incurred and the order cannot be cancelled.

  • Amendments: If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can adjust it by adding extra items (with additional payment).
    If the order is already dispatched, new items must be placed as a separate order.

Refund of Return Costs

If you return an item because of:

  • an error on our part, or

  • the item being damaged or defective,

we will refund your return postage costs (up to 2nd class postage), or provide a prepaid return label.

⚠️ Please note: all returned items are checked. If we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and recover our fees and expenses.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used.

  • If your card has expired or changed, please contact us to arrange an alternative solution.

  • Refunds are processed the same day we receive your returned goods. However, it may take up to 3 working days for the refund to appear on your account.
